The Cowen Park Place site is located in Seattle’s Ravenna neighborhood. This proposed multi-family, mixed-use, new construction project is sited on a calm, transforming neighborhood corner across from Cowen Park. The master plan replaces a dilapidated structure and duplex with a new four-storey building, which will include a café, allocation for a future restaurant, ground floor live-work units, and 26 homes. The building addresses the City’s call for increased density, while activating the sidewalk and outdoor spaces. As the cornerstone of Cowen Park and Ravenna Boulevard, the program is designed to recognize the site’s history, while helping the neighborhood transform into an active urban hub.
