Lee Street Lofts is located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, and is a new, four-unit development. BUILD collaborated with the project team, bringing their 20-years of construction management acumen and clean design aesthetic. On the exterior of Lee Street Lofts, BUILD helped coordinate, select, size, place, and finesse details from the utilities, structural steel, to the lighting fixtures, and everything in between. On the interiors, BUILD fine-tuned all aspects, from the drywall to the finished cabinetry.
