Once again placing ourselves in client's seat, this Case Study House is the manifestation of a tried and true design process we at BUILD have been refining since our inception. Sitting on a standard-sized residential lot located in a booming neighborhood in northeast Seattle, the home was designed to function as a comfortable, modern, city residence for an active family of four. The Case Study House 2014 shares a unique peek into an example of what we architects design when designing for ourselves.
