The Clearpine mixed-use building is located in the town of Sisters, Oregon, between a light-industrial zone and a residential neighborhood. This project establishes a link between these two contrasting neighborhoods, with ground-floor commercial space, a live-work townhouse, and three loft apartments. The new two-storey building is arranged on the site to provide views toward the nearby Three Sisters mountains. Completed in 2023.
