This home is located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood. Using the existing foundation, this two-storey residence takes advantage of a reverse floor plan to maximize daylight and territorial views. A deliberate entry sequence guides visitors from the street up to the open, second floor living spaces. Oriented toward northeastern views, the living room cantilevers slightly to provide articulation and cover at the entry. Located at the more private, alley side of the home is an upper level deck, oriented for southern exposure.
