BUILD LLC was engaged by CreativeLIVE Education for (4) separate facilities projects in two Seattle locations over a 9 year period, and one large facility in San Francisco. BUILD was tasked with design, permitting, and construction management services, which focused on programming, masterplan, and design improvements, including interactive classrooms, studios, administrative offices and cafeteria with service kitchen. More, additional program uses for online education components with multiple broadcast studios for collaborative classes: sound booths, large open studio workrooms that provide flexibility for rotating learning groups, and smaller breakout rooms. Facility upgrades included a new storefront system, seismic improvements, MEPF updates, refreshed lighting, soundproofing, interior design and interior furnishings.
