As an extension of BUILD’s Case Study House series, CSH 2019 takes BUILD’s modern kit-of-parts to the rural environment of Sisters, Oregon.  The design focuses on health, fitness, and an outdoor lifestyle, all while adapting to a thoughtful set of community covenants.  A detached garage breaks up the massing, and includes an artist’s studio above.  The light-filled, four-bedroom residence is enhanced with a sauna, spa, and cold-dunk tank.
