BUILD completed a tenant improvement for this 40 person design firm that completely exposes the building frame with new interventions including roof monitor, seismic bracing, electrical/ digital/ hvac/ plumbing/ security systems, custom workstations/ fixtures, reception area, and gathering areas.
The project was expanded in a second phase with the addition of an intelligent conference volume, featuring custom steel and glass enclosure, cabinetry walls, countertop/ bench and large mahogany table along with an employee flex area.
