BUILD was hired to substantially redesign the building shell and interior of an existing and outdated 1979 office building. The improvements focused on the prominence of the facade, announcement of the entry and integration with the landscape. The interior updates incorporate clean, simple spaces with attention to view corridors and straight-forward organization.
